When I start feeling under the weather, I have a few things I immediately take! Whether you’re battling flu symptoms like body aches, fever, chills, or fatigue, or just trying to ward off a cold, these natural remedies are my go-to solutions. Here’s how I tackle sickness while supporting my body’s natural healing process.




1. Oscillococcinum: The Flu Fighter

If you’re experiencing flu symptoms such as body aches, chills, fever, and fatigue, Oscillococcinum is amazing! This homeopathic remedy can help alleviate symptoms and get you back on your feet faster. Keep it on hand during flu season.


2. Aconite: Your First 24-Hour Ally

Aconite is perfect for the first 24 hours of any cold. If you feel the beginnings of a sore throat, sniffles, or general malaise, taking Aconite early can help stop the cold in its tracks.
