Easy & Healthy Weight Loss Smoothie Recipe with #SommerFoods!

This recipe is so easy so you don't have an excuse not to try it or why not make it your morning routine! But unlike your average breakfast smoothie, I add my organic superfoods #SommerFoods to almost all of my breakfast drinks and foods. Why? Because they are packed with so many nutrients and they can improve your health in a number of ways. From the anti-aging effects of Goji Berries to Chlorella's ability to remove heavy metals from your body and everything in between, superfoods will have you feeling and looking your best. And all you have to do is use a spoonful (or whatever is the correct daily recommendation of each #SommerFood) to your next smoothie, salad or any other food to be honest.

So here is one of my favorite breakfast smoothies, which will keep you full and will also help you cut cravings and lose weight!

Green Morning

Banana+Avocado+Spinach+Almond Milk+Spirulina+Chlorella+Hemp Seeds

1 Banana

Handful of Spinach

0.5-1 Avocado(depending on the size)

1 cup of Almond Milk

0.5-1 tbsp of Spirulina

1 tbsp of Chlorella

Bit of Water

Put all the ingredients in a blender and voila! Don't forget to top it off with Hemp Seeds :)

Spirulina Spirulina’s top two ingredients are protein and omega fatty acids. I recommended it to anyone who has recently taken on the challenge to eat vegetarian. Use anywhere from one to two teaspoons of spirulina in your daily smoothie. But be careful, it can really ruin the taste if you don't use Banana or any other sweet fruit to balance out its taste.

Chlorella, like spirulina, is high in protein and has some vitamins and minerals, but it lacks the healthful fatty acids of spirulina. On the other hand, chlorella is better at absorbing heavy metals. Its packed with numerous vitamins, minerals and amino acids as well as large amounts of enzymes and chlorophyll. It is a good source of B vitamins, magnesium, vitamin A, iron, phosphorus, zinc and protein so Chlorella will help your digestion, will give you clear and smooth skin and will boost your immune system!

Hemp Seeds are the single most complete source of nutrition in the entire plant kingdom and the most complete source of protein for vegetarians containing the essential fatty acids and amino acids your body cannot produce on its own; health, vitality and well-being wrapped up in a tiny shell. Use these seeds as a cooking ingredient, sprinkled in salads and smoothies, to make milk, or gently toast or roast them to use as a snack. I like to sprinkle them on a morning smoothie to get a bit of crunchiness in my breakfast!
