I love shopping. But even more, I love a good deal and even better when you're also doing a good deed! Yes, I’m talking about shopping in charity shops, where not only you find things for absolutely nothing and besides low price tags you also support a charity when shopping there. There are 3 Debra Charity shops in Marbella one in San Pedro, one in Marbella and one in the old town of Marbella. You can find everything you can possibly think of in these shops from clothes and jewellery to books, CDs and furniture, all donated by people to raise money for the Butterfly Children. Not only are you getting something unique for a very low price, you're also helping a very important charity. For example I found great books for €1, Sex and the City Season 6 for just €3, photo frames for €5 and €10 and a vintage tray for €6!

What is Debra charity about?
Debra is a non-profit making organization , founded in 1993, which supports people with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a rare disease also know as Butterfly Skin owing to the extreme fragility of the skin of sufferers. 60% of Debra’s annual funds come from its shop sales. Volunteers are a vital part of the DEBRA team and greatly contribute to their aim of providing the best possible care and finding effective treatments - and ultimately a cure - for EB. Alternatively, you can support us with donations of clothing, books, furniture and other goods, which they can sell to raise funds. Or just visit the shops every now and then to see what bargains you can find!
